Creamy Apple Sauce Snack

Yum-o!

I was just rummaging through my fridge looking for a snack and I pulled out spinach, applesauce, and kefir… So I decided to combine just the applesauce and the kefir. I added 1 tablespoon of kefir to 4 tablespoons of organic unsweetened applesauce, mixed and devoured! 🙂 Kefir is just like greek yoghurt except it is more viscous and tangy! It has many more probiotic (good for you) bacteria than regular yoghurt has! I try to eat a little bit everyday for a happy and healthy life 🙂
